Colleen Marilyn Dick nee Scarfe

Colleen died on 18 September 2007 in British Columbia, Canada. DICK Colleen Marilyn (Scarfe) Sadly our sister passed away September 18, 2007. lt is very hard to find words to express the feeling of losing a sibling. We all go about our lives and sometimes we get so caught up in things that we lose contact with each other. But the connection is always there and the Love. We are so happy that we had the chance to spend her last days with her. She was her feisty self right to the end. Colleen leaves behind her husband Dennis, who we thank so much for the love he had for her. He and Colleen did everything together. He lovingly took her through this time with such patience and respect for her feelings. We thank him for being the man that he is, and for loving our sister so loyally all these years. Dennis and Colleen were together for 33 years. She also leaves behind her sisters Tooner Knowles (Dave), Janice Watkins (John) and her sister Minnie MacLennen (Murn) whom she was especially close to. Brothers Fred (Lilly), John James, McDonald (Nudes) and her oldest brother Patrick. All from the Scarfe Family, and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Nora, her mother-in-law, who took such good care of our sister, we thank her for being there. There will be no funeral at Colleen's request but for those who knew her you can contact us - or Published in the Vancouver Sun and/or The Province on 9/23/2007..
