     John Plantin was also known as Plantain in records. He was possibly christened on 19 August 1770 in Hitcham, Suffolk. However a John, son of Burgess & mary was buried at Hitcham on 24 May 1774..
     John Plantin married Elizabeth Squirrell, daughter of Robert Squirrell and Elizabeth Hunt, on 8 April 1794 in St Nicholas, Wattisham, Suffolk. They were both single & illiterate. The ceremony was witnessed by John Welham & Benjamin Squirrel.
     John was buried on 27 May 1801 in Wattisham, Suffolk.

     James Squirrell Bullett was born on 27 April 1810 in Wattisham, Suffolk. He was the son of Thomas Bullett and Elizabeth Squirrell. James Squirrell Bullett was christened on 5 August 1810 in Wattisham.
     James Squirrell Bullett married Sarah A Grimwood, daughter of Thomas Grimwood and Mary King, on 29 October 1832 in Wattisham, Suffolk. Married by banns, bachelor & spinster, both of this parish. James Bullett his mark, Sarah Grimwood, name omitted by accident, in the presence of Thomas Ransom his mark, Harriet Bullett her mark, Daniel Thorpe. Her death certificate stated that she was 20 when she married. However this Sarah may be the Sarah who married John GARRARD on 2 Nov 1842 in Ringshall, Sfk..

     James Squirrell Bullett and Sarah A Grimwood were recorded on the 1851 census in the Street, Hessett, Suffolk. James aged 42 born at Wattisham, was living with his wife Sarah aged 40 born at Battersford, and son George aged 15 born at Hessett, the males were agricultural labourers.
     James Squirrell Bullett and Sarah A Grimwood appeared on the 1861 census in Hessett. James Bullett, head, married, aged 50, agricultural labourer, born at Wattisham and his wife Sarah aged 49, born at Battisford.
     James Squirrell Bullett and Sarah A Grimwood arrived per "Chatsworth" on 13 January 1864 at Victoria, Australia. They departed 30th September 1863: James 48, labourer, Sarah A 46 wife; note that a John Cocksedge aged 15, labourer, was the next name on the passenger list. There were 239 passengers on board. this reinforces that they immigrated via their son in law Abraham Bland whose mother was a Cocksedge.
     James died of apoplexy on 31 August 1888 in 'Crosslea', Sale, Victoria, aged 78. He was buried on 3 September 1888 in Yarram. They are have a headstone next to the Bland gravestone at Alberton: In loving memory of James Bulleet who died 31st August 1880 aged 79 yars and his beloved wife Sarah who died 4th September 1881 aged 70 years. They are not listed in the grave register.

     Sarah A Grimwood was born circa 1811? In Battisford, Suffolk. She is placed here for convenience, as this is the family centred around Ringshall, but there is no proof. Her death certificate gives her father as George Grimwood, labourer and states born in Ringshall; census gives Battisford; aged 20 in 1832, 25-29 in 1841, 40 in 51, 49 in 1861, 46 on voyage out 63/64, 70 at death in 1881. She could equally be the child of Thomas' brother William & Hannah (nee Downing).
The Baptist Chapel at Wattisham lists Sarah, 28 July 1813, daughter of Thomas & Mary Grimwood (King), abode, Ringshall. There is no proof for this connection to Mary & Thomas, but is the most likely event, but Thomas & Sarah Grimwade had a Sarah baptised on 5 March 1813 at Tostock.
A Sarah was baptised 17 Mar 1807 at Stowmarket, daughter of William & Ann (Edwards).. She was the daughter of Thomas Grimwood and Mary King.
