Her death certificate gives her father as George Grimwood, labourer and states born in Ringshall (info supplied by son-in-law); census gives Battisford; aged 20 in 1832, 25-29 in 1841, 40 in 51, 49 in 1861, 46 on voyage out 63/64, 70 at death in 1881. She could equally be the child of Thomas' brother William & Hannah (nee Downing).
The Baptist Chapel at Wattisham lists Sarah, 28 July 1813, daughter of Thomas & Mary Grimwood (King), abode, Ringshall. There is no proof for this connection to Mary & Thomas, but is the most likely event, but Thomas & Sarah Grimwade had a Sarah baptised on 5 March 1813 at Tostock.
A Sarah was baptised 17 Mar 1807 at Stowmarket, daughter of William & Ann (Edwards). Another Sarah Anne was baptised 7 April 1811, daughter of Richard & Ann at Boxford (born 6 April) but she died young.. She was the daughter of Thomas Grimwood and Mary King.

They departed 30th September 1863: James 48, labourer, Sarah A 46 wife; note that a John Cocksedge aged 15, labourer, was the next name on the passenger list. There were 239 passengers on board. this reinforces that they immigrated via their son in law Abraham Bland whose mother was a Cocksedge.
     Sarah died of chronic bronchitis on 4 September 1881 in Yarram, Victoria. She was buried on 6 September 1881 in the Wesleyan section, Yarram. There is a memorial on the Bland gravestone at Alberton.
