Her death certificate gives her father as George Grimwood, labourer and states born in Ringshall (info supplied by son-in-law); census gives Battisford; aged 20 in 1832, 25-29 in 1841, 40 in 51, 49 in 1861, 46 on voyage out 63/64, 70 at death in 1881. She could equally be the child of Thomas' brother William & Hannah (nee Downing).
The Baptist Chapel at Wattisham lists Sarah, 28 July 1813, daughter of Thomas & Mary Grimwood (King), abode, Ringshall. There is no proof for this connection to Mary & Thomas, but is the most likely event, but Thomas & Sarah Grimwade had a Sarah baptised on 5 March 1813 at Tostock.
