He was committed as in the other case. Admitted to bail. In April he was acquitted of larceny at the Quarter Session. He is also likely to be the William who as fined for drunkeness at Epworth on the 10th June 1861 and again for drunkeness and disorderly conduct at Westwoodside in August 1866.
