An Indenture dated fourth July 1724 made between Abel Rich of Outybridge Hall ,Yorks ??? of the one part and James Steuart of Catshaw Cross in the said county Linnen Draper of the other part. Off or concerning all that his messuage or tenement situate in Thurgoland, And all the houses barns buildings misstalls folds gardens orchards tofts crofts ??? lands tenements ??? closes and parcels of land meadows pastures ??? Waste grounds woods underwoods wayes waters watercourses commons common of pasture and ??? libertyes privileges and emoluments and hereditaments whatforever to the said belonging or of right appertaining with all their rights members and appurtences in Thurgoland aforesaid and now in the occupation of James Hurst or his assigns which said indenture is attested by Jeremiah Wainewright of the parish of Penistone Roper James Hurst of the parish of Silkstone coleminer and John Hurst of the same parish husbandman all in the County of York.
