Nun (now dead) & mother to ye sd Nobles wife. And the sd sum of seven pounds was most of it raysed by a voluntary contribution, & ye remaining p'te wich was neer 30 s pd by the church wardens. And it was agreed to ye townsmen of Brafdfield afsd, that James Hunt of the same p'sh and his wife that now is shall freely enjoy that sd house and premises and therein inhabit during ye term of their naturall life, and the longer liver of them: And after the death of them two the whole right title & propriety (ownership) of the sd house and p'mises that belong to the townsmen or to the ov'seers and churchw'dens for the time being of Bradfield afsd.
