Frederick Sheppard Grimwade AO was the Member in the Legislative Council of Victoria for Bendigo Province 1967-87, President of the Legislative Council of Victoria 1979-85. B.Ag.Sci., M.A.I.S. Fred was awarded an A.O. for services to the Victorian parliament, to agriculture and to the community.
     Frederick died on 23 February 1989 in Victoria aged 55. He was cremated on 28 February 1989 at Fawkner Crematorium after a service at Broadford.
