     Elizabeth Ann Thomas was also known as Brown in records. Elizabeth Ann Thomas was also known as Lily in records. She was born circa 1870. Elizabeth Ann was raised as a daughter of Thomas MORRIS THOMAS and Emma PRICE (both from Wales), but she was actually the daughter of Emma and her first husband James Brown. This information was originally given to me by an older family member when I first started this lark (she said Lily was the daughter of Emma but not of TMT), and was confirmed by further research. I have her birth certificate (in the name of BROWN) and a photo somewhere.
     Elizabeth Ann Thomas married Thomas MacKenzie, son of John MacKenzie and Catherine Ferguson, in 1892 in Port Albert, Victoria.
     Elizabeth was registered at Devon, Victoria, on the 1919 electoral roll.
     Elizabeth died in 1927 in Yarram, Victoria. She was of Womerah. She was buried on 2 November 1927 in Yarram.

     She was mentioned as unemployed in the 1883 Victorian Parliamentary Papers 30/142.
     In George Bland's will dated 20 June 1904 in 'Mayfield', Woranga, Victoria, Mosina Thomas was named as executrix of the estate.
     Mosina and George were registered at Woranga, on the 1908 electoral roll. George Bland, farmer & Mosina, home duties. Mosina Bland was an executor of George Bland's estate on 8 November 1919 in Victoria. Mosina Thomas was buried on 3 December 1934 in the Methodist section, Alberton.
     Mosina died on 3 December 1934 in Yarram, Victoria, aged 78.

     The Writers Petitions at the India Office stated: The Humble Petition of the George Frewin Thompson sheweth: That your petiitoner had received the rudiments of a commercial and classical education and is desirous to devote himself to the Civil Service of the Honorable Company in india and with that in view to qaulify himself by further improvement in liberal and suitable learning.
He thereupon humbly prays that the Honorable Co will be pleased to place him in the East India College in order that if his behaviour and attainments there should prove satisfactory to the Honorable Court he may be appointed writer on the Bengal establishment.

His mother wrote on his behalf enclosing a copy of his baptismal certificate . He was educated at Grosvenor Palce, Bath no. 33. He stated his mother is mrs mary Thompson widow, at Road near Beckington, Somerset. At the end of the questionaire is the signature of Captain Thompson, King Street, Edgeware Road.

     Gwyllian Shankland Thompson was born on 17 September 1945 in Grimsby, Lincolnshire.
     Gwyllian Shankland Thompson married Michael Francis Crosby Halahan, son of Rev Edward Oliver Crosby Halahan and Margaret Ogilvie Leach, on 15 May 1965 in Ludford, Lincolnshire. They were married by his father. They divorced some years later after having three children, Tracey, Dorothy and Patrick, where Granny Grimsby (known to again my brothers and I. And Gwil to family and friends) then proceeded into a second marriage with a man named Terry O'Connell, until her death.
     Gwyllian died on 27 July 2000 in Kingston upon Hull, aged 54.
