Richard Hungerford married secondly Mary Hungerford (Hungerford). Richard Hungerford was the son of Thomas Hungerford and Susannah Becher.
Richard Hungerford married Mary Cranfield Becher, daughter of John Becher and Mary Cranfield, on 12 February 1738 in Dublin, Ireland. For some reason Mary Cranfield Becher incurred the displeasure of her father, as she was cut off with only six shillings [unlike the thousands of pounds left to her siblings!] She presumably had a marriage portion still.
     Richard died on 1 August 1784.

     Col Richard Hungerford made a will dated 5 April 1725 in Cork, Ireland.
He is called 'cousin' in the will dated 24 May 1729 of John Hungerford, Lord of the Manor of Hungerford in England. He was of Inchodony, or The Island, near Clonakilty.
     Richard died circa 1729 in Cork.

Richard Hungerford, late of Maitland, also confined in Darlinghurst Gaol, and an order given as in the preceding case, the same party having lodged a caveat.
     Robert died in 1897 in West Maitland, New South Wales.

     Thomas immigrated with the family to Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, in May 1828 per "Alexander Henry". Thomas was a grazier of Baerami Station, near Denman.
Thomas Hungerford married Emma Hollingsworth Wood on 19 June 1852 in St Mary's, West Maitland, New South Wales.
Thomas Hungerford married secondly Catherine Mary Mallon in August 1872 in New South Wales, Australia.      
Thomas Hungerford was twice elected for the county of Northumberland and the Upper Hunter district in the NSW parliament.
     Thomas died on 4 April 1904 in Ashfield, New South Wales, Australia, aged 80. He was buried at Enfield. He was survived by five sons and four daughters of his first wife and by his second wife, three sons and three daughters.

Capt Thomas Hungerford

      Captain Thomas Hungerford, of Rathbarry, or the Little Island, about four miles westward of Inchodony, was a cadet of the House of Hungerford of Farley, Somerset and accompanied his relative, Col. Sir Edward Hungerford of Farley Castle, in his expedition against Ireland, which started from Chester 27 May 1647. He was living in 1689.

     Ann died while on a visit to her youngest daughter on 18 March 1891 in Barnes, Surrey, aged 73. She was buried in Rolvenden, Kent. Her memorial inscription reads: Ann Emily Rumsey, widow of John Williams Rumsey and only surviving daughter of the late Frederick Hunn, Captain Royal Navy. Born 5 July 1817 died 18 March 1891.
