The examination of George Frewer, gunflint maker of Brandon, Suffolk touching his legal settlement: About 7 years ago he hired himself to James Sipsey [??] gardener at Bury St Edmund, Suffolk in the summer season, but that he cannot recollect the month, that he had six shillings and sixpence a week for the summer season, and five and sixpence for the winter, but did not board or lodge with his Master... lived on & off with him for 4 years, and that he is now an articled journeyman to Phillip Hayward of Brandon for seven years and that he has served 3 years of the aforesaid term and has done no act to gain settlement elsewhere, and has been married nine months.
     George was buried on 23 February 1805 in Brandon, Suffolk, England.
