A possible death was in 1846 as a 75 year old. The only likely Ann with a father James in the OPRs was baptised in Old Meldrum on 23 January 1763: James Elmslie, carrier in Oldmeldrum had a daughter baptised and named Ann, witnesses James Ellis in G..ner and Charles Wright in Oldmeldrum. She was the daughter of James Emslie.
