     Cedric died before 12 September 1791 in New Shoreham, Sussex. He was buried on 12 September 1791 in New Shoreham.
     His will was proved on 3 November 1791 at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury.

Ann Ellis

(26 August 1707 - 14 April 1765)
     Ann Ellis was born on 26 August 1707 in Ireland. She was the sister of Wellbore Ellis, Baron Mendip (15 December 1713 – 2 February 1802). Her father was Welbore Ellis, Bishop of Meath. (Bishop of Kildare 1705, Meath 1731-33) whose wife was Diana, daughter of Sir John Briscoe of Amberley Castle, Sussex. Her male issue were to be heirs of her brother. As there was no issue of either of his marriages, he was succeeded by Anne's grandson Henry Welbore Agar, 2nd Viscount Clifden who assumed the additional surname of Ellis. She was christened on 15 September 1707 in St Mary, Dublin.
Ann Ellis married Henry Agar, son of James Agar and Mary Wemyss, on 29 May 1733 in Ireland.
     In Henry Agar's will dated 26 September 1743 in Gowran, Kilkenny, Ann Ellis was named as executrix of the estate; Abstract of will dated 26 Sep 1743: Henry Agar, of Gowran, co. Kilkenny, his wife Anne Agar exec. guardian to his sons. His eldest son James Agar (married), his second son Welbore Ellis Agar, 3rd son Charles Agar. Lands held from the Rector 7 Vicar of Gowran. She was an executor of Henry Agar's estate on 29 November 1746 in the Prerogative Court of Armagh, Ireland. She was guardian of his sons.
Ann Ellis married George Dunbar as her second husband, on 20 January 1753 in St Paul?, Dublin. Anne, married first to Henry Agar, esq. M.P. by whom she was grandmother to Henry Welbore Agar-Ellis, Viscount Clifden, and secondly to George Dunbar, esq.

     Ann died on 14 April 1765 in Dublin, Ireland, aged 57. On Sunday evening, Mrs Dunbar, Lady of George Dunbar, Esq; Member of Parliament for Gowran, and sister to Welbore Ellis.
She is mentioned on the Bishop Ellis' monument at Christ Church Cathedral Dublin with other family members. Dr Welbore Ellis, Bishop of Meath, died Jan 1733. Anne Ellis born 26 ... 1707 married first to Henry Agar esq of Gowan co. Kilkenny by whom she had several children. Her second husband was George Dunbar esq. co. Fermanagh. She died April 14th 1765 and was buried in the church
. She was buried on 17 April 1765 in Christ Church, Dublin, Dublin, Ireland.
