Thomas Bloomfield Bullett was born in 1872 in Yarram, Victoria, Australia. He was the son of George Bullett and Mary Ann Bloomfield. Thomas Bloomfield Bullett was admitted to the Lunatic Asylum, Kew, Victoria, on 8 August 1887 Thomas Bullett, aged 15 years, admitted 8 August 1887, Wesleyan, to Kew Lunatic Asylum. I find from the records of the Asylum that the deceased, aged 15 years was admitted on 24 July 1886 on the authority of the warrant now produced. He was there suffering from epilepsy and idiocy and was in feeble bodily health. He was transferred to the Idiot Cottages on the 8 August 1887. No friends came to see him.
Thomas died of disease of the lung & brain and epilepsy on 14 May 1888 in Kew Cottages, Kew, Victoria.
