Ann Trull of the Lambe Eating House, Bearbinder Lane, was buried on the thirteenth day of this month [December 1812] in the Great Vault, by Samuel Birch, Rector, Woolchurch Haw. Bearbinders Lane was behind Mansion House, London.

     Ann Milham was born circa 1768 in Middlesex. She may be the Ann Milhum born 1 Dec 1767 and christened 02 Feb 1768 at St Mary at Hill, London, daughter of Frederick & Mary.
     Ann Milham married John Bunduck as his second wife, on 27 March 1800 in St Mary, Whitechapel. He was a widower of Mitcham, Surrey, she was a spinster of the parish. Ann Milham was widowed on 10 April 1800 on the death of her husband John Bunduck. Ann Milham was an executor of John Bunduck's estate on 26 April 1800 in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury.
     Ann Milham was mentioned in the manorial court roll dated 18 June 1800 in Manor of Ravensbury, Mitcham, Surrey, England, Admission of Ann, widow of John Bunduck, to the three messuages as above and to a newly built house standing where the barn formerly stood, to hold for life or until she remarries, according to her late husband's will.
     Ann Milham and James Dempster obtained a marriage licence on 5 July 1803. Jas Dempster & Ann Bunduck.
James Dempster married secondly Ann Bunduck on 7 July 1803 in Erith, Kent. They had both been widowed in 1800. The Morning Post, Monday, July 11, 1803 stated: On Thursday lst, at Erith, Mr James Dempster, of Baron House, Mitcham, to Mrs Bundoch, widow of the late John Bundoch, Esq, of Mitcham.
James and Ann made an indenture dated 12 July 1811, which is mentioned in a document dated 17 October 1828 by James' son James.
     In James Dempster's will dated 6 May 1819 in Mitcham, Ann Milham was named as heir.      
Ann Milham paid land tax as Ann Dempster in 1819 in Mitcham, Surrey. There was also a Mrs Dempster paying tax there at the same time.
     Ann resided at Mitcham, Surrey, between 23 March 1823 and 1824.
Ann Milham and James Dempster witnessed Jackson Walton and Mary Ann Dempster's wedding on 19 August 1823 in St John, Hackney.

Ann Dempster of Brighthelmstone Ssx, widow, whereas my late husband James Dempster by his last will & testament dated 6 May 1819 did devise his copyhold messuage at Grand Parade formerly called Carlton Brighton Ssx then in the occupation of Mr Knowles unto Jackson Walton John Parrott and Richard Barnett upon trust for me during my life and then to assure the messuage unto such of the children of my husband as I should appoint and whereas my late husband James Demster by a codicil to his will dated 5 March 1820 did give that piece of land behind Carlton Place in Hilly Lane Brighton then purchased by him from the Assignees of Benjamin Hutt together with the coach-house stable and buildings thereon erected by him and then in the possession of Mrs Doyley to Jackson Walton John Parrott and Richard Barnett upon trust for me during life and then to assure the premises to such children of my husband as I should appoint and whereas John Parrott is since deceased Now I by this will appoint Jackson Walton and Richard Barnett after my decease shall convey the said copyhold messuage and freehold ground with stablings unto James Dempster of East Grinstead Ssx (the eldest son of my late husband) And whereas by indenture of settlement dated 12 July 1811 made between my late husband James D and myself on the one part and Jackson Walton Richard Barnett and Nathaniel Thompson upon trusts unto such person as I should think fit and whereas the said stock now consists of £4200 three pounds ten shillings per cent bank annuities I appoint Jackson Walton and Richard Barnett stand possessed of the said £300 in trust for my grandson George Dempster I give the land tax of £2.18.8 charged upon Turks farms at Muswell Hill, Mdx, And also all the rest of my goods and estate unto my grandson George Dempster And I appoint George Dempster sole executor. She added a codicil to her will on 12 December 1855 in Brighton, Sussex. This is a codicil of me Ann Dempster of Brighton Ssx, widow, whereas I have by codicil to my will given the residue of my real and personal estate to Richard Dempster of Brighton Esq and George Tamplin of 159 Fenchurch St London gents, upon trusts for the benefit of Augustus George Dempster and George Bundock Dempster Now I revoke the devise and lieu thereof I give the residue of my real and personal estate unto my grandaughter Sarah Dempster one of the daughters of James Dempster.      Ann died on 14 May 1858 in 42 Grand Parade, Brighton, Sussex. The Portland Guardian, 20 Aug 1858 reported the death of Dempster, Ann on May 14th 1858 at Brighton, Sussex in the 91st year of her age, Ann, relict of the late James Dempster Esq., many years principal of the Barron House, Mitcham, Surrey.      Her will was proved on 27 October 1859 at the Principal Probate Registry, London. 27 Oct 1859 the will of Ann Dempster late of 42 Grand Pde Brighton widow who died 14 May 1858 at Grand Pde was proved by George Tamplin of 159 Fenchurch St London one of the execs power reserved of a like grant to Richard Dempster the other executor named. Effects under £1500.
